Jarrod Krisiloff: A Leader in Sports and Entertainment Branding
RAD Alpine is a combination of two passions of Jarrod Krisiloff—"RAD," his favorite movie growing up as a kid, symbolizing the underdog, daredevil, and excitement of doing awesome things, and "Alpine," a representation of the vast opportunity, inspiration of views, topography, and juxtaposition of his passions for alpine sports.
Jarrod Krisiloff is a seasoned executive in the sports and entertainment industry, boasting an impressive background in branding and marketing. He graduated from Ohio University with a Master’s in Sports Administration, which set the foundation for a versatile career spanning operations, marketing, new media, business development, sponsor/client services, suite/hospitality management, and media production. Throughout his career, Jarrod’s innovative thinking and problem-solving skills have garnered numerous award-winning and industry-recognized achievements in digital media, marketing, and event management.
In his current role as the Head of Brand for Next Level Platforms (NLP), Jarrod leads the development of the SHREDSHOX brand, overseeing its identity, marketing strategies, and customer engagement. His expertise in branding and marketing is integral to the brand’s growth and success.
Jarrod's passion for sports extends beyond his professional life. Like NLP co-founders Nick and Ken, he grew up at the race track, achieving national titles in BMX and Quarter Midget racing. His dedication to sports earned him a place in the IBJ’s 2014 class of Forty Under 40. Remarkably, Jarrod fully recovered from complete paralysis as a result of a BMX injury, demonstrating his resilience and determination.
Known as the resident ski enthusiast on the team, Jarrod spends his free time on the slopes when he’s not with his family or biking. His commitment to enhancing the skiing experience through SHREDSHOX is matched by his dedication to on-mountain product testing and research.
In addition to his role at NLP, Jarrod continues to serve as Principal of RAD Alpine, where he consults on branding, marketing, and equity opportunities. His multifaceted expertise makes him an invaluable asset to every team he joins, driving innovation and excellence in every project he undertakes.
